Christopher Peter Meloni, an American actor, is most well-known as the lead actor in the show on television 'Law and Order Special Victims Unit. The first time he became interested in acting was when he was in college. He studied acting at University of Colorado at Boulder. Even though he's appeared in films and television shows however, it's his work in small screen productions that are gaining him fame. He's been able to play effortlessly characters from both sides of the law and grab the audience's interest. In his first TV series where he played the role of a murderer.
